Superpower:
Stability – Creating comfortable conditions for specialists and visitors of the Center, managing administrative processes at the Center.
What is most important in my work:
My goal is to make the stay at the center as safe and effective as possible, to listen to each individual, and to make all processes at the clinic clear and accessible for both the team and the visitors. I chose this specialization because I see how effective management processes can improve the lives of children, ensuring stable and comfortable work at our center with our friendly team. It is important for me that every child feels at home in our center, safe and surrounded by people who genuinely care about them.
I love reading books and driving, as it allows me to immerse myself in another world and find new ideas and approaches to solving complex tasks. I also enjoy spending time with friends, walking, and discovering new beautiful places. Additionally, I am always learning and actively seeking new hobbies, which inspire me and help me grow both personally and professionally, while also helping our team thrive.
