Superpower: support and efficiency. Yana knows how to combine attentiveness to each family with a clear organization of processes, creating a sense of calm and order from the first minutes in the center.
What is most important in work: The most important thing for me is to create a safe, supportive environment for children and their parents. A space where the child feels comfortable, and parents are sure that they are heard, understood and know the needs of their child. I believe that high-quality rehabilitation begins with trust, calm and properly built communication.
In my free time, I love to read, especially fantasy and detective stories. Books for me are a way to reboot, restore inner balance and be inspired by new stories.
I invite everyone to meet at the MCRN:)
