What is most important in working with children: Seeing how a child reveals himself in the process of activity, and every small success is a big victory. The best praise is a child's smile. For me, the most important thing in work is to see how a child discovers his or her capabilities and gradually reaches new heights. It is important not only to teach, but also to support emotionally, creating an atmosphere of trust.
In my free time, I love reading books on psychology and child development, because they inspire me to look for new approaches in work. I also like to play sports - it gives me the opportunity to regain strength and always be active and ready for new challenges.
