Superpower: The brave always have luck. She is always ready to take on new challenges, find unique solutions, and motivate her team to achieve the best results for every child. Her approach is based on love, trust, and belief in every family that seeks help.
What is the most important thing in work: Love and results. For me, the most important thing is the opportunity to truly help a child and their family, to make their lives easier and happier. My priority is to create a safe and comfortable environment where every child can unlock their potential. We work toward this goal and together with the team and parents build a barrier-free society.
In my free time, I go running, study a lot, read, and spend time with my family. I also have an unusual and interesting hobby — a family of hamsters. I communicate a lot with parents, children, and the team, attend various events and activities. These are the things that motivate me and give me strength and inspiration for new achievements and reaching goals.
