Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation(NMES) is a non-invasive neuromodulation method that uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscles and nerves. The primary goal of NMES is to restore muscle function, strengthen muscle tone, improve blood circulation, and prevent atrophy.

How the Procedure Works:
1.Diagnosis and Preparation: The doctor determines the treatment area and adjusts the device parameters based on the patient’s condition.
2.NMES Session: Electrodes are fixed on the skin in areas requiring stimulation. Electrical impulses are delivered through the electrodes, causing muscle contractions. The patient may feel mild contractions and muscle relaxation.
3.Duration: A single session lasts 30 minutes. A treatment course usually consists of 10–20 sessions.
