Large swimming pool (individual)
Individual lessons in a large pool are water training sessions with an experienced trainer that help children feel free in the water, learn to swim, develop strength, endurance, coordination and confidence in their movements. Thanks to the properties of water, namely - reducing the load on the joints and soft resistance on the body - the child develops, restores or maintains the physical capabilities necessary for harmonious development and life. Training is conducted by experienced specialists who take into account the age, health status, parents' requests and the individual needs of each child.

A reminder for parents when visiting the pool!
For the safety of our little swimmers and compliance with hygiene rules, we ask parents to bring with them for their child before class:
✔Swimsuit/swimsuit;
✔Swimming cap;
✔Special diaper for swimming;
✔Towel or bathrobe;
✔Rubber slippers;
✔Bottle with water;
For the child:
-A certificate from a pediatrician or family doctor about the state of health and the absence of contraindications for swimming in the pool. This includes an analysis/scraping for enterobiasis (a referral for analysis is taken from a pediatrician). The analysis (certificate) is valid for 3 months.
If parents will enter the pool with the child:
-For the mother: a certificate for the pool from a gynecologist (valid for 1 month) and a certificate for the pool from a dermatologist (valid for up to 3 months);
-For the father: a certificate for the pool from a dermatologist (valid for up to 3 months);
All referrals to a dermatologist and gynecologist can be obtained from a family doctor.
Important:
✔If a child comes without a mandatory list of things, or a certificate, he is not allowed to take part in the lesson. If such cases are repeated more than 2 times - registration for the lesson is carried out only with a preliminary subscription, or the lesson is counted as completed;
✔The child must be healthy - without colds and infections;
✔A light meal is recommended 1–1.5 hours before the visit before the lesson in the pool;
✔If an adult visits the pool with a child, it is also necessary to have a swimsuit/swimsuit, a pool cap, a towel or bathrobe, rubber slippers;
Duration of the lesson:
Actual time in the water 30 minutes - total time in the pool 40 minutes (technical aspects are taken into account: changing clothes and organization).
Actual time in the water 45 minutes - total time in the pool 60 minutes (technical aspects are taken into account: changing clothes and organization).
Recommendations for lessons in the pool:
-The child's curiosity and passion for water, the desire to develop in this;
-Cerebral palsy (CP), various forms of paresis;
-Coordination and balance disorders;
-Retardation of psychomotor development;
-Recovery after injuries or operations (with the permission of a doctor);
-Posture disorders and flat feet;
-Hyperactivity or emotional tension - as a way to relieve stress;
-Children who need additional development of strength, endurance and general physical activity;
What are the benefits of swimming in the pool?
-Strengthening muscles and developing endurance without excessive stress on the joints;
-Forming correct posture and preventing spinal curvatures;
-Developing coordination, balance and motor skills;
-Improving the functioning of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems;
-Reducing muscle spasticity and facilitating movements;
-Emotional relief, reducing anxiety, increasing self-confidence;
-A positive attitude towards physical activity through a playful form;
How the class is conducted:
1.Preparation for the class in the locker room: changing clothes and folding things.
2.Warm-up in the water: light exercises and game elements for adaptation to the aquatic environment.
3.Main block: individually selected exercises for endurance, balance, coordination and muscle strengthening. Special floats and toys are used.
4.Game tasks: for motivation and formation of positive emotions.
5.Completion: exercises for relaxation, breathing and consolidation of the result.
6.Technical time: changing clothes and drying the child in the locker room.
Contraindications:
-Acute infectious diseases, high fever;
-Skin infections or open wounds;
-Epilepsy without medical supervision;
-Serious diseases of the heart and respiratory system in the acute stage;
-Allergy to water components (requires doctor's consultation).
