State program “YESLA” at the MCRN
At the International Center for Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology (MCRN), you can pay for a comprehensive early childhood development program using funds from the government “eYasla” program through your Diia Card.
The “eYasla” program is a government support initiative for families with young children. It provides monthly financial assistance to parents or guardians who return to work after their child reaches the age of one and use childcare services.
Who is eligible for the “eYasla” program?
- Parents or legal guardians of a child;
- If the child has already reached the age of 1 year;
- If the child is under 3 years of age.
How can I use the “eYasla” program at MCRN?
✔ Submit an application for government assistance;
✔ Receive payments to your Diia Card;
✔ Contact MCRN and choose a comprehensive early childhood development program;
✔ Pay for services using your Diia Card.

What is the amount of assistance?
The government provides monthly financial assistance in accordance with current legislation.
In 2026, the amount of assistance is:
- UAH 8,000 per month for each child;
- UAH 12,000 per month if care is provided for a child with a disability.
What documents are required?
The following documents are usually required:
- Passport of one of the parents or guardians;
- Tax Identification Number (TIN);
- Child’s birth certificate;
- Bank account details;
- Agreement with a childcare provider or sole proprietor (FOP) providing childcare services.
Where can I submit an application?
Applications can be submitted:
- Through a CNAP (Administrative Services Center);
- Through social protection authorities;
- Online through government electronic services (where available).
Important Information for Parents
✔ At MCRN, the “eYasla” program can be used to pay for a comprehensive early childhood development program using a Diia Card.
✔ Assistance is provided only to officially registered recipients of childcare services.
✔ Payments stop when the child reaches 3 years of age.
✔ Program conditions may be updated in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
✔ At MCRN, the “eYasla” program applies only to comprehensive early childhood development programs. The “Baby Box” and “School Starter Pack” programs are not available at our centers.
