Professional grading system for specialists: a modern approach to team motivation and professional growth
When it comes to children's rehabilitation, people are always the most important thing. It is the specialists who are next to children and families every day, supporting, teaching and going through this difficult path together. At the MCRN, we deeply value our team, so we are constantly working to ensure that the help that children receive is of the highest quality, understandable and stable. We are introducing a system of professional gradations of specialists, which aims to motivate and develop the team, as well as create a model of professional growth within the center.
Gradations of physical therapists:

-Top specialist

Gradation affects the cost of classes with a specific specialist, but at the same time, all MCRN specialists work in an interdisciplinary team, adhering to high standards of rehabilitation and with love and care for children.
For the MCRN, the graduation system is about care, development and knowledge exchange. A strong team is not an accident, but the result of hard work. This is how we build the MCRN - as a space of stability, professional development and hope for children, parents and the team.
Thank you for your support and we are waiting for everyone at the MCRN:)
